What did we do?
Working with Pierre Gasly, we built and managed a fan community that grew into something genuinely significant. Through social media, PR, design and merchandising and e-commerce, we created a joined-up operation that connected Pierre's fanbase to his story in a way that felt personal, not transactional.
We executed live fan activations and delivered real-time content both in person and remotely across global time zones, keeping the community engaged at every stop on the Formula 1 calendar. This included coordinating dedicated grandstand tickets at the French Grand Prix, giving fans a direct and memorable connection to Pierre's home race. Building genuine connection was at the heart of this project, and the results reflected that, achieving millions of impressions and an engagement rate more than double the industry average for accounts of that size.
Leading the digital side of Team Gasly, we managed membership sign-ups, newsletters, e-commerce, sponsorship campaigns and day-to-day communications. We translated an organic social strategy into measurable commercial results, driving hundreds of thousands of euros in sales from close to a million store visits.
